Characteristics  Neroli has calming and uplifting properties making it useful in assisting and facilitating spiritual healing during meditation. It has an affinity with the heart chakra. The fresh floral top notes with warm, bitter-sweet undertones gives it the quality of calming and soothing the nerves as well as easing the intensity of strong emotions. The anti-depressant properties make neroli one of the best essential oils in treating anxiety of an emotional or psychological origin. Neroli makes a wonderful and gentle aphrodisiac for those who are nervous of sexual encounters. It also inspires creativity.   
Contraindications Neroli has anti-spasmodic properties and should be avoided during pregnancy.
Blends well with  Lavender , rose, chamomile, jasmine, frankincense  and bergamot
