| Contraindications | Bergamot has phototoxic properties which increases the skins reaction to sunlight, making it more likely to burn. If you have sensitive skin, avoid using it when exposed to sunlight and/or tanning beds. Bergamot has anti-spasmodic properties and should be avoided during pregnancy. |
